Terms & Conditions
A contract between you and Celestine Eleven for the purchase of our products will happen once we confirm your order via email. The creation of this contract will be considered complete and your confirmation of it will be deemed received at the time and date of the sending of the email, regardless of whether, for reasons outside of our control, you have not received that email.
In the below, CELESTINE ELEVEN will be referred as “Seller”, CELESTINEELEVEN.COM as “Website” and you will be referred as “Customer”.
Your Status
By placing an order through our Website, you warrant that you are more than 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Payment
Unless the Customer has otherwise been notified all goods are sold subject to full payment in advance. The Seller is not to be bound to deliver any goods until payment is received. As the Customer, it is your responsibility to supply the correct details and check that your e-mail is in working condition. If the Seller allows provisional credit in respect of any delivery it shall be “without prejudice” to its right to refuse to make further deliveries except against payment. When the Seller exercises its right under the condition to refuse delivery of any goods except against payment the buyer shall have no right of action for damages in respect of any failure on the part of the Seller to tender the goods. Our prices include VAT but exclude delivery cost and potential Custom & Duty charges (see close “Custom & Duty”).
Delivery
Delivery cost for all UK deliveries is £8; deliveries usually take 2-3 days. Delivery cost for all Europe deliveries is £19; deliveries can take up to 5 working days. Delivery cost for all Rest of World deliveries is £29; deliveries can take up to 7 working days. Celestine Eleven offer a free Click&Collect service to its London based customers. The Seller shall have no liability whatsoever nor shall this contract be subject to cancellation for delay in delivery due to force majeure or civil or military disturbance, riots, or commotions, fire, strikes, labour disturbance or war insurrection, failure of or delay in transportation default of supplier sub contractor to the seller due to any cause beyond the sellers control. In the event of such delay the specified delivery date shall be extended by a reasonable length of time and agreed by both parties.
Custom & Duty
Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for custom clearance must be carried out by the Customer.
Damage in Transit
The Seller does not accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to the buyer.
Authenticity of Products
The Seller guaranties the complete authenticity of all products sold on the Website. All products are purchased directly with the brands carried by the Seller.
Refunds
The Customer can cancel an order, exchange or return non-sale items free of charge. The Seller can only accept non-sale returns in the product’s original condition. All footwear should be returned with the shoebox. Books, apothecary and grocery cannot be returned. The Customer has 7 days to return a purchase, from the day of receipt.
In the case of a refund, the Seller will either credit the original purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account, or the Customer’s Celestine Eleven account, at the Customer’s convenience. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Availability
The Seller takes care to ensure that the information on its Website is accurate and complete. The Seller does not accept liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in the information or interruption in availability.
Default
The Seller aims to ensure that all photographs are a clear depiction of each product. However, as a result of the individual nature and composition of some materials, the items may vary slightly in colour on those displayed on the Seller’s Website.
Intellectual Property and Content Right
The Customer acknowledges and approves that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Seller’s Website and product shall remain at all times vested in us. The Customer is permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by our licensors or us.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the material and content contained within the Seller’s Website is made available for the Customer’s personal non-commercial use only and that the Customer may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive. Any other use of the Seller’s Website and the content of material is strictly prohibited. The Customer agrees not to assist or facilitate any third party to copy, transmit, modify, publish, display, distribute and commercially exploit anything on the website.
Privacy & Security
As with all shopping websites, the Seller collects personal information from the Customer when shopping online at celestineleven.com. The Seller respects the privacy of its customers. The Seller will not share your email, postal address or any other details with any third party. This information is used to make the Customer’s shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible and provide the Customer with a better service.

Law of Contract
This contract shall be subject to and be construed and interpreted in accordance with English law.
Conditions of Contract
The terms of this contract shall not be affected by any terms of the Customer’s order sheet and these conditions shall apply to all transactions between the Seller and Customer unless modified with the written consent of the Seller.
